I’m truly so grateful for Dr. Jessica DiGenova. Our fur baby (Peanut) declined rapidly and she was able to come by our home to help us say goodbye within a few hours of us making the call. Dr. DiGenova was very supportive of my husband and I as we dealt with the deeply difficult time of saying goodbye to our girl. She was patient and checked in with us at every step along the way. She was very gentle with Peanut and we knew she was in loving hands when we said our final goodbyes.

My seven year old sweet girl was diagnosed with a kidney problem that has no cure. Thinking about her being in pain and suffering, we decided on euthanasia. Losing a pet is the hardest thing we will have to go through, but it was the best for her — she was in pain and not eating, drinking, or using the litter box for more than 24 hours. Dr. Jessica DiGenova came the same day and made it peaceful for my sweet Lexa. I got to hold my cat in my arms through the process, and we were given 10–15 minutes to say goodbye even after she had passed. It was a very sad day, but Dr. Jessica was helpful, calm, and kind with us and my cat.

Dr. DiGenova was very kind and respectful and gentle with our boy. My parents were really reluctant in having him put to sleep, but after seeing how careful Dr. DiGenova was and how peaceful he was at the end, they truly believed they made the right decision. I can’t thank her enough. After when he was ready to come home from the cremation, Dr. DiGenova brought him back home to us. Thank you!

Our cat had reached the untreatable senior age of 18, and it meant a lot to say goodbye from the comfort of his home instead of taking him to the vet, where his last experience would’ve been stressful and upsetting for him. Interacting with Dr. Jessica was exactly what I was looking for during such a tough experience — prompt, respectful, professional, and gentle. We thank her for her service.
